Digital Product License

Each purchase grants one named user a limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence to use the purchased toolkit for that user’s internal professional research and analysis. Ownership and intellectual-property rights remain with Energy & Pulse and its licensors, if any.

Permitted use

The licensed user may edit supplied workbooks and templates for internal use and may use the user’s own resulting analysis in internal business documents.

Not permitted

The original files, prompt cards, databases, templates, instructions, examples and substantially similar derivatives may not be resold, sublicensed, redistributed, publicly posted, uploaded to shared repositories, used to train or build a competing commercial product, or shared with unlicensed users.

Not included

The licence does not include consulting, custom research, implementation, legal advice, investment advice, engineering advice, updates or future editions. A separate written licence is required for multi-user, enterprise, client-delivery, resale or redistribution rights.
