Core Market Intelligence — Bilingual Complete Toolkit
Turn scattered energy-storage sources into a decision your team can defend.
Renewable energy / Energy storage
Five standalone toolkits for battery storage market work. Each is twenty numbered prompt cards in English and Simplified Chinese, with an analysis workbook, database structure and workflow SOP. New to a market, start with Core Market Intelligence; if you already know it, go straight to the toolkit that matches your question.
01 / MI-001 — MI-020
Turn scattered energy-storage sources into a decision your team can defend.
02 / PRR-001 — PRR-020
Know what storage can legally do—and which revenue is actually accessible.
03 / PTM-001 — PTM-020
Build a verified opportunity pipeline—without double counting headlines as projects.
04 / CCP-001 — CCP-020
Find the accounts that are real, the competitors that matter and the partners that fit.
05 / SRE-001 — SRE-020
Turn evidence, uncertainty and risk into a management-ready go/no-go decision.
Each toolkit is twenty numbered prompt cards in English and Simplified Chinese, supplied with an analysis workbook, a Notion and CSV database structure, and a workflow SOP. Every card states the decision it supports, the inputs it requires, the output to expect, the quality checks to run before trusting it, a follow-up prompt for challenging the result, and its own limitation.
The cards enforce the same evidence rules throughout. Every material claim carries a Source ID with page, section or table. Each statement is labelled as reported fact, calculation, estimate, company claim or inference. MW and MWh are kept separate. Where the evidence does not support a conclusion, the card requires you to record that rather than guess. AI output is treated as a research draft, never as a source.
If you are entering a storage market you have not covered before, start with Core Market Intelligence. It establishes the market boundary, the source plan, and the map of who makes rules, who buys capacity and who earns revenue — the definitions the four specialist toolkits assume are already settled.
If you already know the market and have one commercial question in front of you, go straight to the toolkit that matches it: what storage is legally allowed to do and which revenue is reachable; which projects and tenders are real and how large the market is; who you are bidding against and who buys; or how to turn the evidence into a decision a committee will sign off.
The four specialist toolkits are standalone. They can be bought in any order, and none requires another first.
None of the five contains market figures of its own, and none ships a pre-filled project or tender database — a dataset would begin going stale on the day of purchase. They produce figures from sources you select and can re-check, which is why the output survives scrutiny that a bought report often does not.
Each toolkit is licensed to one named user for that user’s internal commercial work, and is not for redistribution, resale or sublicensing. All five are research support, not legal, tax, engineering, financial, investment or regulatory advice.
