These Terms govern purchases of digital products offered by Energy & Pulse through this website and its authorized checkout provider.

1. Digital products

Energy & Pulse sells completed digital market-intelligence toolkits supplied electronically. No physical product, consulting, commissioned research, customization, data-entry service, implementation service or manual fulfilment is included unless a product page expressly states otherwise.

2. Product information and payment

The applicable product name, edition, version, price, currency, included files and licence scope are displayed before checkout. An order is complete after successful payment confirmation. The checkout provider may calculate and collect taxes where required.

3. Automatic delivery

The completed download package for the selected product is made available automatically through the order-confirmation and digital-delivery flow. Customers must provide a valid email address and maintain compatible software and internet access.

4. Licence

Subject to payment and these Terms, the purchaser receives a limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence for one named user’s internal professional use. A purchase transfers a right to use the files within the licence scope, not ownership of the intellectual property.

5. Prohibited use

Customers may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, publicly post, upload to a shared or public repository, remove ownership notices, share with unlicensed users, or use the files to create a competing commercial product. Separate written permission is required for multi-user, enterprise, client-delivery, resale or redistribution rights.

6. Customer data and sources

Customers are responsible for ensuring that information entered into the templates is lawfully obtained and may be used for the intended purpose. A toolkit does not grant rights to third-party reports, databases or proprietary information.

7. Informational purpose

The products support general research and education. They are not legal, tax, financial, investment, engineering, safety or other regulated professional advice. Customers remain responsible for verifying sources, assumptions and outputs before making decisions.

8. Versions and updates

A purchase covers the version identified at checkout. Future versions, updates or subscription access are not included unless expressly stated on the relevant product page.

9. Refunds and access problems

Refunds and remedies are governed by our Refund Policy and any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Email hello@energyandpulse.com with the order number if access fails or the delivered files are materially defective.

Questions may be sent to hello@energyandpulse.com. Mandatory laws and forums applicable to the seller and customer continue to apply. Nothing in these Terms excludes non-waivable consumer rights.
